We care! We care about what we do and all of the people involved.
We care about the women & men incarcerated, their family & friends, the victims and the communities that are impacted by it all.
PrisonFriendship.com was created and is maintained by a group of people who have a unique connection to the criminal justice system. We are the family, friends, victims, and those who have actually been behind the walls of prison. This is why we care. We are the system and everything in between. Our personal experiences give us the insight and motivation necessary to make a difference in people’s lives.
We understand the importance of making new friends & the role it plays in giving someone incarcerated the support they need to endure the challenges of prison. We also know that having the opportunity to express oneself in positive ways is necessary for anyone to change… to become better.
This is vital for any type of forgiveness and reconciliation to happen; needless to say, our communities and the residents who live there deserve that those being released are prepared to be productive members of society.
We want to thank you for visiting our website. The fact that you are able to be here, is a testament to the vision and hard work of our staff. Throughout all of the obstacles and challenges, we never lost sight of the need for prisoners to reach out. Meeting new people can change your life and someone else’s.

……is to make the world a better place one prisoner at a time… giving them the hope they need to move forward and the platform to do it. Having a prison pen pal ensures that they don’t have to do it alone. That is why we created this prison pen pal service.
We can’t do it without you. We need your help to make a real difference in the lives of those inmates locked up. We ask that you take a moment to think about how you can impact a prisoner’s life during their time incarcerated. We know that together we can do it if we choose.
Together we can change a life by simply being a friend and building a meaningful bridge of support. The reality is that our prison pen pal service offers hope and encouragement to those who need it the most. Giving some time and a piece of yourself is essential in helping those inmates who want to give back to their communities.
